Gary is married to Linda and they have three children (all graduates of Midwest City High School) and six grandchildren: daughter Michelle and her husband Steve Livingston and their sons, Nathan and Caleb and daughter Hannah; son Mark and his wife Kim and their daughters Hailey, Maggie, and Lily; and daughter Mindy.
